I got a new guitar, an ocean turquoise strat that is called "The Turquoise". It was love at first site. Eventually the words of Beyoncé's" Put a ring on it" got through. I put a fuckin ring on it. It's got an alder body, rosewood/maple neck. handwound Fralin blues 57’s. cloth wiring, CTS pots. 5 way selector. genuine Fender trem setup and a soft V neck. The Fralin 57 pickups sound amazing. They are punchy, funky pickups. I'm getting my black strat modded to match. The man who put this together is Drew Basford of Saloon Door Guitars. He does custom builds, and repairs. I recommend checking out his site.
